What is a cottage food operation?
"Cottage Food" is a Florida legal designation that allows artisanal bakers to produce specific, shelf-stable foods in their primary home kitchen. Nothing But Good operates under Florida Statute 500.80. This means my kitchen is not subject to state food safety inspections, but it is held to my mother’s "Ultimate" standard of cleanliness and care. To ensure the highest level of safety for my customers, I have voluntarily obtained my ServSafe Food Handler Certification (#82859288).
Do you ship?
I will offer shipping within the state of Florida in the near future. Florida law allows me to ship via USPS or commercial carriers, but only to addresses within the state.
How does my purchase support charity?
My journey was inspired by my parents' health battles. In their honor, a portion of every single purchase is donated to the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Heart Association.
Should I store my bakes in the refrigerator?
To protect the heart-and-mind-nourishing goodness inside, keep your bakes in a cool, dry place at room temperature and enjoy within 48 hours. Because they are 100% plant-based and preservative-free, they do love the fridge. But don't let the chill hide the thrill! The bakes are nutrient-dense and have zero processed oils, so the natural fibers can feel firm when chilled. A quick warm-up awakens the flavors and restores that fresh-from-the-oven goodness. Can I find your bakes in local coffee shops or grocery stores?
To stay compliant with Florida law, I must sell directly to you, my customer. I am prohibited from "wholesaling" or selling on consignment.
How do I know when new bakes are available?
Because I bake in limited quantities to maintain the "Ultimate" standard, the best way to secure your bakes is to join the Never Miss A Bake notification list. You'll get a heads-up the moment the shop is restocked!
Where can I buy your bakes?
Because I am a direct-to-consumer business, you can buy directly through Browse The Bakes on this website for local pickup or hand-delivery. You may also find me at local farmers markets, events, and pop-ups. Check the calendar here.
Are your bakes gluten-free?
I offer several recipes made with gluten-free ingredients (like organic oat flour); however, please note that my kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility and my bakes are not suitable for those with Celiac disease due to potential cross-contact.
Why don’t you make and sell your mother’s famous cheesecakes?
While I carry forward my mother's 20-year legacy of excellence, Florida’s Cottage Food laws prohibit the sale of "TCS" (Time/Temperature Control for Safety) foods, which includes cheesecakes. My bakes are designed to be shelf-stable, health-conscious, and just as "Ultimate" in taste as her cheesecakes were.

Refund Policy:
Because all bakes are small-batch and preservative-free, I cannot accept returns. However, your experience is my priority. If your order isn't "Nothing But Good", please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order so I can make it right.
Shipping Policy:
I currently offer local pickup and delivery only. I do plan to offer shipping within the state of Florida. Stay tuned for updates on how to get Nothing But Good bakes shipped to your door. (Florida residents only).

Agreement to Terms
By accessing the nothingbutgood.biz website you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our established business policies regarding cottage food status, allergens, and refunds found on the Some Goodies page. In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.
Pickup & Liability
When orders are fulfilled at designated local pickup locations, you agree to adhere to all safety and parking regulations at these sites. Nothing But Good is not liable for any incidents occurring on the way to, at, or leaving from the pickup locations.
Nothing But Good is not responsible for the product once it has been handed over or for items not picked up during the pre-selected pickup time.
15-minute Rule and "Good Impact" Donation: Customers have a 15-minute grace period from their pre-selected pickup time to collect their order. If an order is not collected within this window, no refund will be issued but the purchase becomes a delicious donation to the St Lucie County Fire District first responders. By failing to collect your order, you agree that your purchase will serve as a gift to our local emergency workers.
Delivery & Shipping
In compliance with Florida Statute 500.80, all orders must be delivered directly to the consumer. We only facilitate sales to customers located within the state of Florida. No interstate sales or wholesale transactions are permitted.
Payments
All payments are processed through Square. Your order is officially confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update our menu, pricing, or pickup locations as our small-batch operation grows. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos
All materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Nothing But Good. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
